We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events and during peak seasons (spring and summer). However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.

You supply the movie content. We can play from USB drives, laptops, streaming devices, or Blu-ray players. We'll discuss the best format for your content during the consultation to ensure optimal playback quality.

All our equipment is weather-resistant and we provide protective covers. Light rain won't affect the screening, but for heavy rain or storms, we recommend having a backup indoor venue or postponement plan. We'll work with you to reschedule if needed.

Yes! We provide both indoor and outdoor cinema hire services. Indoor setups are perfect for halls, gyms, conference centers, and large rooms. All our packages work in both environments.

For our compact screen (12ft), you need about 15ft depth. Standard screen (16ft) needs about 20ft depth. Premium screen (24ft) needs about 30ft depth. We also need vehicle access for delivery and setup.

Our minimum hire is 4 hours, which includes setup, event time, and pack-up. This covers most evening movie screenings. Longer events and multi-day hires are also available.

Seating is not included in our cinema packages, but we can recommend local suppliers for chairs, bean bags, or blanket areas. Many clients encourage guests to bring their own comfortable seating for a relaxed atmosphere.

Our sound systems are calibrated for outdoor use and can easily cover audiences up to 500+ people. Volume levels are adjustable and we'll help you find the perfect level that's comfortable for your audience while respecting local noise regulations.

We offer flexible cancellation terms. Cancellations more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Within 7 days, 50% refund applies. Weather-related cancellations are handled case by case.

You'll need to provide standard 240V power supply (regular household power) near the setup area. We provide all extension leads and power distribution. For remote locations without power access, we can arrange generator hire at an additional cost.

We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, sand, or most flat surfaces. Our screens are designed to be stable in light winds. We'll assess your venue during the consultation to ensure optimal positioning for your audience.
